Newton's amazing device illustrated the fact that reflecting mirrors eliminate the aberrative refraction of light that commonly distorted the lenses of refracting telescopes of the day.  
Our fully working replica enables you to see the stars as Newton did, through a compact reflector telescope with 35 power magnification.  
This model originally sold through the National Geographic Catalog and our website and we are re-introducing the model from time to time, as it is one of our favorite classical model of scientific instruments.
Constructed of wood, glass and brass, the telescope and stand make a beautiful display for all those who love astronomy and its rich history.
